Sri Hombe Gowda Education Trust is a charitable non-profit trust registered under the Mysore society registration act 1960 by a group of social workers with the help of few philanthropists with inner urge to impart education to rural poor in the year 1963. Ever since its inception, the trust grew from strength to strength from 10+2 to P.G. Status.
The trust offers at present 15 courses at undergraduate level and 3 courses at P.G. level with total strength of 3000 students within the campus. The trust started the institutions in a spacious 40 acres lush green campus, pollution free environment 60 km from Bangalore on (B-M) Bangalore-Mysore highway.
There are 27 dedicated and service oriented committee members in the trust from different walks of profession who are actively associated with various social, Charitable and educational activities. The trust committed itself entirely to the advancement of education, Healthcare and resource to reach a level of excellence in all these fields by serving the community at large without any prejudice and in all fairness, socially meaningful.
